Magdarie Van Staden who is based in Durban has been practising yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2013. She is qualified in Satyananda, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, and is a certified Trauma Yoga and Sound Bath facilitator. By nature, calm and welcoming, Magdarie creates spaces where participants feel at ease, supported, and seen.
