Nicholas McLean of FeedmeGreen will be your guide within -  through SomaSensing movement, presence in nature, and immersive Slow Feasts, exploring somatic eating as a tool for deeper nourishment, awareness, and restoration. By slowing down and tuning in, we restore vitality, balance digestion, and open to feel life's immense energy.
