Clarity Through Constellations

This retreat will focus on Family and other Systems Constellations, which is a beautiful modality that helps us see clearly how things are in the particular system that we are looking at. It makes visible the web of relationships that we are in. We may work with issues like dis-ease or certain family patterns that you as a participant choose to work with. We may also work with topics/issues that we see playing out in the world; we may do a Nature Constellation, or work with a topic like Peace. We will use our body’s wisdom and we will make sure our body is well-grounded through walks and conscious movement. Karen will be offering Kahuna massage after the retreat by appointment, which may be very helpful to process and integrate this deep work.
