Teacher: Karen Verburgh
Cost: 3 days accommodation + R450 surcharge
Dates:
The winter solstice is an ideal time to take stock, reflect, reset, and realign for the rest of the year. This mid-year retreat will help participants find their flow and will focus on connecting with ourselves, our bodies and the dynamics at play in our lives, allowing for rest and rejuvenation. Activities will include nature walks, conscious movement (like Mana moves and qigong), meditation, storytelling, deep listening circles, and Family & Systems Constellations. We will go slow with time for reflection. The retreat will be emergent, depending on who we are as individuals and as a group, and the aim is to be present and connect with what unfolds. Karen will be offering Kahuna massage after the retreat by appointment.

I love life, as well as my work." For thos wishing to stay on, Karen will be offering Kahuna massage by appointment
