Dates:
Let your vision be as vast as space, and your actions fine as flour - Padmasambhava
In this retreat, we will focus on the interwoven path of personal and social transformation, and explore a range of individual contemplative practices that support our outward engagement with the world. Through mindful movement in nature, quiet meditation and journalling, we shift to an inner focus and listen deeply to our wisdom voice. We learn to let this voice guide our actions, moment-by-moment, sensing our interconnectedness with all things. We will explore the archetype of the spiritual warrior, whose inner strength enables an open and vulnerable relationship with the world. Our innate qualities of kindness, compassion and joy will be revealed, within the vast field of equanimity.
