Engaging with money often feels stressful, regardless of our financial situation. It frequently evokes fear and anxiety, with our minds focusing on worries about scarcity, loss, or depletion. These conditioned thinking patterns focus our attention on what is lacking, and over time preoccupation with money can negatively impact other areas of life.
Join Felicity Joan to discover how money can serve as a bridge between your material and spiritual life, transforming it into an integral part of your spiritual practice. This retreat is designed to help you explore four spiritual disciplines, two spiritual laws, and a self-directed challenge. The goal is to reshape your beliefs about money, establish a healthy relationship with it, learn how to assign money its rightful place in your life, and allow it to become a conscious aspect of your spiritual journey.

William (Shogan) has been practising meditation for nearly 20 years, cultivating stillness and inquiry. He took precepts with Dae Chong, Osho at Poplar Grove and now leads morning and evening zazen at the BRC, weaving verses from the Dhammapada into meditation for reflection and insight. With a keen interest in how the Dharma might evolve in an AI-driven, multiplanetary future, William embraces both tradition and possibility. He also guides qigong in the mornings and offers tai chi in the afternoons, integrating movement into mindfulness. His practice is an invitation - to sit, to move, and to explore the ever-expanding nature of awareness.
