2025nomfundo zama nomzamo mjiThe rate and scale of calamity can make us feel powerless. This retreat reminds us that we are not. 'Dreaming is a Birthright' creates a sacred space where dreaming becomes a tool for hope, connection, and guidance and emphasizes that dreaming is more than rest - it is an active dialogue with ancestors, spirit, and self. It is our birthright to be guided and held by our dreams. Honouring African spiritual traditions, we will help participants harness their dreams for personal empowerment, deeper self-awareness and alignment with their life's purpose. As we delve in, we unlock dreams as ancestral messages and tools for healing. Our dreams connect us to our ancestors and the collective that dreams through us. Our dreams birth the new world.

Join us for a transformative experience that honours African spirituality and reclaims dreaming as an inherent birthright, providing tools to navigate your spiritual journey with clarity and purpose. The retreat will incorporate mindful movement, breath and body, techniques for dream recall and interpretation, healing circles and meditation.

Nomzamo Mji, an integrative yoga teacher,  will be co-facilitating the retreat.
