Dates: Monday 10 June 2019 - Thursday 13 June 2019
We all have stories to tell, but many of us don’t know where to start. In this workshop we will stop - listen - connect - write. The focus will be two interconnected, transformative practices: mindfulness (awareness, presence, “listening” ) and memoir writing (story). You will get to meet, name and kick-start a relationship with your personal muse; mine the richness of your life for “story”; explore focussed journaling practice (self-expression, self-coaching, self-growth, liberation); start a memoir. You will get to take away tools, strategies, and a “how-to” plan to move forward. And lots more.
