Participants will enjoy a weekend of learning to cook an enticing selection of starters, a traditional vegetarian briyani with a subtle layering of flavours, and mouth- watering desserts. Create your own fillings for samoosas and pakoras, and roll out your own rotis. Learn to combine fresh vegetables with grilled halumi, fresh herbs and spices and to whip up simple curries. Spicy and tangy, sweet and fruity, sour and fiery are the key elements you will encounter- exotic flavours of root ginger, chilli, coriander, tamarind and saffron are at the heart of this vibrant cuisine; one which promises delight with every bite! Be sure to bring an apron and a rolling pin.
