richard_norrisChi Kung is a powerful yet gentle ancient health practice.  Chi is the vital energy that permeates all life and is conceived as flowing through the body along a multitude of energy channels and meridians.  The practice of Chi Kung stimulates this energy flow, balancing and harmonising our entire being.  This is done by combining simple flowing movements with breathing, posture and mental focus.  The movements are gentle and easy to learn and everyone, whatever their age or state of fitness, can perform them and benefit from this ancient, most fundamental martial art form.
