Detailed List of Retreats

Few things under heaven are as instructive as the lessons of Silence  Or as beneficial as the fruits of Non-Ado – Lao Tzu.   Simply being attentive, moment to moment, can have profound consequences: reconnecting us with our deepest selves, to others and the natural world around us. To facilitate this experience the emphasis of this Zen-style retreat will be on sitting and walking meditation. Apart from a few “encouraging” words at the commencement of meditation periods, matters will be kept as simple as possible to allow those participating to focus on their practice. There will also be time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and surroundings of the Centre. Please note: apart from an introductory talk and discussion period, the retreat will be held in Noble Silence.
