Detailed List of Retreats

This workshop will explore our inner world of dreams; our world of unconscious self-knowledge; a world that is waiting to be revealed and acknowledged. Dreams give us messages. Techniques such as painting, drawing, writing, discussion, reflection and meditation can help us to explore this unknown territory and promote personal growth and a sense of wholeness and belonging. The facilitators of this workshop contribute their experience of narrative therapy, psychology, art and meditation. Bring recently recorded dreams with which to work. If you have problems remembering dreams, bring a story, a myth - some theme which is significant for you. Together, we will explore its meaning in your life. Bring a note book and pencil. Painting materials will be provided.
