[Silent retreat] This retreat is conducted by a clinical psychologist who has extensive experience in integrating psychotherapy and meditation. Her aim is to deepen our connection between ourselves and the life we are living: in our relationships and our work and family responsibilities. Within a nurturing atmosphere of Noble Silence, we will experience a compassionate and powerful process which combines a spiritual approach to developing inner calm and balance through meditation, and a psychological approach through analytic reflection. Both newcomers and experienced meditators are welcome.
