There comes a time in every woman’s journey when the silence begins to speak. It sounds like your grandmother’s voice, the wind through the trees, the waters you have cried, and the child within asking to be held.
This retreat is a listening.
Guided by Buhle Mabanga, known as Nomvula, she who brings the rain, and inspired by her online oracle card series titled Izwi lika Nomkhubulwane (The Voice of the Great Mother), this weekend is an invitation to return to your body, your breath, and your birthright of presence.
You will be held in ceremony by Siyabonga Nsizwane, a sacred percussionist and sound healer who channels ancestral rhythm through drums, breath, and vibration and Hloniphaniart, a gifted guitarist and string alchemist whose melodic presence opens portals to peace and deep memory. Together, we will explore:
• Ubuntu Ishta Yoga
• Guided ancestral meditations
• Dream journaling and storytelling
• Deep inner child healing
• Sacred sound healing rituals
• Restorative silence
• Sacred walks in nature
• Moments of stillness, song and community
This is not a performance. It is a remembering. It is the voice of Nomkhubulwane, Earth Mother, rain bringer, and dream weaver, calling her daughters home.
No experience needed, just a willing heart and open ears. All who identify with the feminine are welcome.
