  • Humble Healing Retreat

Teacher: Pierre Buckley and Rudy Cupido
    Cost: 2 or 3 days accommodation + R400 surcharge
    Dates:

Healing often begins with a simple act of humility - the willingness to pause, listen, and gently return to ourselves. The Humble Healing Retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindfulness, meditation, gentle movement, meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, and time in nature, we create a space where healing can unfold with compassion, presence, and authenticity. Along the way, participants are introduced to practical insights and everyday tools that support greater resilience, self-awareness, and wise decision- making long after the retreat has ended. Facilitated by Pierre and Rudy, the retreat reflects their shared commitment to conscious living and wholehearted well-being.
