Self Retreating Mid Week

buddha mist leaves a brownFind meaningful solitude on a Self-Retreat.  One can do as much (or as little) reading, walking, meditation or resting as one chooses. Enjoy walks and bird watching in 300 acres of beautiful rolling hills and indigenous forests. Enjoy some qigong and meditation and savour our delicious vegetarian food; or browse our well-stocked library. Visit the stupa and the raked Zen sand gardens and walk the labyrinth. Guided walks, qigong and meditation are offered by resident staff mid week. Self-Retreats are an ideal opportunity to be in a gentle, sympathetic space where one can be still and get in touch with oneself.

robynRobyn - Transformational Hatha Yoga Instructor Robyn is a level-3 (300 hour) instructor with a Yoga Alliance International (YAI) certification in Transformational Hatha Yoga. Transformational Hatha Yoga is a powerful system of yogic techniques that helps to balance our lives in a way that keeps us naturally happy and healthy, physically and mentally strong and emotionally stable. Robyn uses the science of yoga to offer Transformational Hatha Yoga (THY) as a complimentary or stand-alone activity, using asanas, pranayama, meditation and visualisation to increase awareness, consciousness, concentration, productivity, intention and freedom.

 

keelan Keelan - Hatha Yoga Instructor Keelan offers gentle hatha yoga and guided meditations. He completed the 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training course in 2019 (IYA).

 

tracyTracy – Breathwork Instructor (Breathing Free) Level 2 Somabreath qualified. I focus on three pillars of breath: Awareness, Regulation and Transformation. We will explore various techniques, some very ancient, that can aid in alleviating stress and anxiety, creating calm, as well as energising and activating our energy. For more transformational healing, I offer a curated experience with music as I facilitate and guide you through a breathwork journey using the Conscious Connected Breath framework.
