jules martinezreagan martinezIn a world that constantly asks us to do more, think more, and become more, Return to Love offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the peace, wisdom, and love that already exist within. Through guided energy healing, crystal singing bowls, meditation, breathwork, and practical teachings, participants are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to themselves. This retreat welcomes both men and women, regardless of background or belief, creating a warm and inclusive space where healing is experienced rather than explained.

Throughout the weekend we journey through five core pillars: Sacred Space, The Power of Thought, Energy Healing and Sound, Return to Love and Integration. Together, these experiences gently calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and encourage greater self-awareness, compassion, and connection. Alongside periods of reflection, silence, and time immersed in nature, participants will leave with simple, practical tools they can carry into everyday life helping them continue living with greater presence, resilience, and an open heart long after the retreat has ended.

Jules Martinez is a Reiki Master, keeper of the Munay-Ki Rites, yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, and sacred space holder - but her work lives beyond titles. She walks the path of remembrance, ceremony, and healing, holding compassionate space for those ready to reconnect with their inner light, innate wisdom, and authentic selves. For almost 20 years, Jules has woven together a tapestry of practices rooted in both ancient traditions and intuitive knowing. Dividing her time between the United States and South Africa, she has helped individuals and communities reconnect with themselves through Reiki, meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound and ancestral healing. Drawing from her training, her deep connection to nature, and the intuitive language of light and vibration, she creates experiences that invite presence, reflection, and transformation.

Reagan Martinez  is a sound healing practitioner, Reiki Level I practitioner, intuitive healer, and sacred space holder who leads with her heart. From an early age, she was known for her deep empathy, gentle nature, and intuitive sensitivity - qualities that continue to guide the calm, compassionate presence she brings to every session.  Together with her mother, Jules, she co-creates heart-centred experiences that blend Reiki, sound, and meditation to foster deep inner peace.
