The Myth Of Writer’s Block: Exploring the relationship between negative thought patterns and creative flow

natasha freemanUtilising the tenets of Vipassana meditation, Natasha will explore the concept that writer’s block does not actually exist. The retreat will utilise complimentary aspects of meditation and discourse, focussing on self-reflection and exploring, discovering and shifting restrictive internal barriers which contribute to the perception of writer’s block.

Natasha Freeman is an author and communications specialist. She was nominated for the Ashton Wylie Book Award which honours works that contribute to the growth and enlightenment of humanity. Her primary interest is in relating the human story in its layers and depths to the greater human experience. She is the author of four books including recently for Penguin: #I’m staying: The unspoken impact of the #I’m staying movement.
