The weekend will be adjusted to suit everyone; if you want to go hiking - that is an option - if you want to be silent, catch up with your reading and breathe in the restorative air – that is OK too. Elizabeth will be available for meditation sessions (either guided or silent) and Di will be offering qigong. Bask in the spirit of generosity and friendship upon which the BRC has been based for the last 41 years. We invite you to bring a tray of seedlings or an indigenous tree to plant in lieu of Dana.
Di Franklin is an Advocate in private practice. She has been studying Buddhism and Qigong for twenty years. She is a student of Max Weier, the qigong Master from Switzerland. Her teachers include Rob Nairn, Geshe Pende and Ken Holmes.
