In this retreat we develop mindfulness in silent sitting meditation, walking, but also using the practice of Insight Dialogue to develop insight. In dialogue meditation we explore and contemplate in the presence of relevant Dhamma topics in order to understand how things really are. The aim is to use all our life's experiences to develop wholesome qualities such as kindness and compassion and to cultivate spiritual friendship. We try to put the Noble Eightfold Path into practice. The retreat will be mostly held in noble silence and is suitable for beginners. More information: www.insightdialogue.org
