Cheryl will be teaching you how to make ciabatta bread, artisan salted caramel, Greek Easter shortbread and hot cross buns - to help rope your family into the shared kitchen space for the upcoming Easter. Nicky will be offering sunrise morning stretches and gentle Pilates, with evocative visualisation sessions and mindfulness practices between baking classes.

Cheryl Amy Jones has been an artisan baker for many years and owned and ran her own artisan bakery in Johannesburg, where every product was made from scratch and by hand. Her passion and love for baking are heartfelt and she can't wait to share her treasured recipes with you. Cheryl believes that hands-on baking really helps to nurture the values of patience and tenderness with the gentle tangibility associated with artisan baking.

Nicky Read is a well-rounded Pilates teacher. She believes that a holistic view to personal health is of the utmost importance, and works at empowering her clients to further their own personal guided practices, often bringing Kinesiology into her sessions. "Feed the mind well, look after the physical body and nurture a healthy relationship with the food that you put into it. It will all serve you".
