Join Qigong Master, Max Weier, mid-week for two daily sessions of Tibetan Yoga which has its origins in Bön, the ancient Shamanist tradition of Tibet. The aim of Tibetan Yoga is to release blockages on the physical, energetic and mental level by applying movement, breath, breath retention and attention. This practice will lead us to a calm and at the same time energized state and to a feeling of spaciousness and expansiveness. The time will also give you the opportunity to find stillness and calmness in the tranquil, beautiful surrounding of the BRC.
