Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects us to the light and love in our hearts. Heartfulness Meditation helps us to live a heart-centered life; to manage our emotions, and to find inner peace and balance in our everyday life. What makes this meditation practice unique is the Yogic Transmission or Pranahuti (prana meaning life force; ahuti meaning offering) - which helps the practitioner to go deeper into meditation, creating that unity with his inner self. This retreat will be held in an atmosphere of silence and introspection. There will be daily meditation instruction, scheduled group meditations, and time for journaling, walking outdoors, or simply being with your Self.
